I stayed there for 2 nights and easily found the hotel with...

I stayed there for 2 nights and easily found the hotel with the information I was given. Comfortable, large and quiet room, I had a very good sleep there with very good bedding. Check-in was fast and efficient.

Breakfast was terrible with dry & cold fried eggs, burned coffee in a 20 litre pot and nothing to remember about. The next morning I had my breakfast in another place next door although I had paid for it.

Very nice place to go..near to night bazaar..gentle staff

Very good staff...they made a vegetarian (without eggs) breakfast for me even if I did not tell them to arrange...wifi was good.....

Indian food they made was nit not good quality...

What was the highlight of Casa Marocc Hotel

Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

I usually don't give high ratings. But for this hotel I was extremely pleased with the staff, to the free Wi-Fi, to the breakfast in the morning. The biggest thing for me is cleanliness and that a hotel doesn't smell. And they met my expectations hands down. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance and it was very easy for the grab taxi to find my location.

It sounds very weird but I really have no complaints. It's an excellent value for your dollar.

Clean, Good location, Good price

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and had good on site parking! Only a few minutes drive from the airport and to the large night markets. The security guard was exceptionally hospitable and friendly as were all the other staff too.

The view from the room wasn't the best but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again!

Clean room, good location, helpful and friendly staff and a nice breakfast! The hotel is very modern and clean in general and decorated lovely.

On the second day of our smell we came back to our room and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

Nice spacious room.

Nice spacious room. Clean and comfy. Good value.

The glass partition in the bathroom was too short cauding the bathroom floor to get wet. And the hotel is pretty far from walking streets.

So far OK but we have more solutions (e.g. with swimming pool) for same costs and close to N'market.

Room was as we expected.

Last day - in the morning (about 08:00h) the maid came into the room without sign for clean up the room. The sign outside our door was changing (maybe from a child or a stupid adult) from "please, don't disturb" to "please, clean up the room". It was a joke but we left the hotel at 10:00h and came back at 20:00h. We hanging the sing for "clean up the room" outside the door and when we came home it was changed to "not disturb" - result: we didn't get and service that day. No towels, no toilet paper, etc., etc. and of course a "fool took responsibility for that again".

Good value, helpful staff, above-average breakfast.

I chose this hotel because I was attending a conference nearby and wanted something affordable that was within walking distance. The value of the hotel was good. Room was nice size, comfortable; the staff were helpful; the breakfast was good. Relative to most other Thai hotels, the breakfast was much better and was one of the more important reasons I chose this hotel. I was not disappointed.

Traveling along for business, I didn't require a lot. I think if you were traveling with kids or wanted lots of amenities this hotel wouldn't be able to meet that. However, I really have nothing to complain about.

What was the highlight of Casa Marocc Hotel

The Casa Marrocc felt like a "home away from home" from the moment I walked into the lobby. The wonderful welcome drink, greetings by various members of the staff, along with the manager, and the super services of the tour agency located next to the main desk all contributed to a comfortable beginning to my 19 day stay there. The staff were always quick to respond to my questions and needs; an example of this was one day (on a tour), my feet swelled painfully. They provided ice for my feet right away, extra pillows to elevate, and the kitchen stayed open and brought me some dinner after closing time. This is but one of many examples of their going "above and beyond" in their service and care for their guests. I really loved it there and would be happy to come again soon!
